Matcha-Handsieb

I was skeptical a sifter would make much difference, but after using this one, my matcha whisks up smooth with zero lumps in seconds. The single-layer fine mesh is just right for the job and cleans easily under running water.

The fine mesh catches every bit of powder, so after one pass through there were zero lumps left in my bowl. Whisking went smooth and fast, and cleanup only took a quick rinse under the tap.

My first batch came out completely clump-free, and the mesh is fine enough to catch even the stubborn bits that usually ruin the whisking. It’s a simple tool but it does exactly what it’s supposed to, no fuss.
