Une infusion délicieuse et sans caféine de rooibos, également connu sous le nom de buisson rouge, de Clanwilliam en Afrique du Sud, associée à du honeybush succulent et à une touche de saveur naturelle de fruits de verger. Légèrement sucrée, de corps moyen et très désaltérante, chaude ou froide. Se marie bien avec du lait ou de la crème, comme dans un cappuccino à la noix de coco de Cederberg.
The orchard fruit note comes through just enough to make it interesting without overpowering the rooibos, and it’s genuinely light and sweet on its own. I’ve been brewing it in the evenings when I want something cozy but caffeine-free, and the lack of bitterness is a real win for me.
The rooibos base is so smooth and naturally sweet that I don't even miss the caffeine, and the honeybush adds a cozy depth that makes a perfect afternoon cup. It's become my go-to when I want something warm without the jitters.
