Une saveur quelque peu supérieure à celle du Earl Grey traditionnel. Les Ceylan Dimbula et Uva parfumés sont habilement combinés avec des thés sélectionnés de la vallée d'Assam en Inde, puis parfumés à l'huile essentielle de bergamote de la région de Reggio Calabria, en Italie.
The Assam base gives it a real backbone that most Earl Greys lack, so the bergamot doesn't just float on top—it lingers nicely. Brewed a pot this morning and the Ceylon brightness came through clean without any bitterness. Already my go-to for afternoon cups.
